Absence planning displays incorrect date for line manager

Hi all,

Whenever manager view's their reportees absence request through absence planning screen, the date is being displayed incorrectly in timeline view. The employee has raised leave request on 8th Aug. However in timeline view it show's 7th Aug. Kindly advise what could be causing the issue.
