Reasons to run Evaluate Absence process

Summary: I am a bit confused as to why clients would want to schedule the Evaluate Absence process to run every day. According to the Implementing Absence Management guide the Evaluate Absence process runs automatically when absences are submitted. For example, if maternity leave is captured for 4 months then the Evaluate Absence process runs as soon as the maternity leave is submitted. If the employee comes back early from maternity leave then Evaluate Absence process runs automatically once the maternity leave end date is adjusted and the transaction re-submitted. In my opinion it does not make sense to would want
