Restrict Adjustment Receivables Activities

Our client is asking to restrict the Receivables Activities that the Collectors can see when creating an adjustment in the Advanced Collections module. I want to make a custom role for Collections, restricting the Adjustment Receivables Activity options to one only (without erasing them from Receivables).
Is that possible? How can I achieve it? What are the role modification should I do?
