How to Customize "Create Follow up Task" (Task Information) Layout in Oracle for Outlook (Redwood)?
Summary:
I would like to customize Task Information page so that it will have different layout based on Activity Type.
Here is the flow to find the "Create Follow up Task" (Task Information) page:
- First invoke Oracle for Outlook App;
- Next to the Share button, click on the Action icon (the three-dot icon next to Share button);
- then, click on "Create Follow up Task" option, the Task Information page is displayed.
I would like to configure this Task Information page, so that a different Task Information page will display when a different Activity Type is chosen. for example, an E-mail will have a Email layout, while a Call or Meeting will each has their own layout.
