Hi Team,

Greetings!

We are observing multiple errors just after 24C patching with the error message as below-

ErrorMessage: 2004-Invalid element name and value [Applying List binding LOV_AssignmentNumber with given set of values leads to no matching row for a row of type :PersonEO_ExternalIdentifier_WorkerVOToExternalIdentifiersVO_ExternalIdentifiersVO, key oracle.jbo.Key[300016920414777 ]]

This error is encountered when the REST API call is trying to add the value (record) for Person Identifier for External Applications and this is happening for all such calls.

If anyone has come across this or similar error and has got any inputs or solution -please share as applicable.
