Trigger push based on mobile number if the custom event passes id(unique idenifier)

Dear All,

I am looking for a solution below for scenario,

We have an arrange with custom event which is called with apis. Via APIs we are getting id that is a unique idenfier of profile list and the push is going based on that. But our app channel list is using mobile number as unique identifier. Some time the mapping will not work properly. So we are looking for a solution to trigger push based on mobile number of the id(unique identifier) passed through api.
