How to send back an externally managed(created from VMI request) requisition back to requester

Summary:

Hi Experts!

We have a requirement where the final PO getting created from VMI request has to be tied to project. Since the

VMI requisition doesnt have project, we are converting the requisition into PO and then trying to update the project information on PO.

However, since after putting the project details in PO a new charge account is getting derived by system which is different from requisition charge account and hence PO is erroring out.

To resolve the above issue, we want a way to edit the requisition created from VMI request and update the project details in requisition itself. However when i click on send back to requester from Process requisition screen, I am getting a warning saying it will get cancelled.
