Creation Button not getting renamed using User Interface Text

We have the Standard Creation Button of Account in the list page. We have renamed the 'Create Account' to 'Create Corporate Customers' using User Interface Text tool. But that is not reflecting in the UI. Still in the redwood accounts list page it is showing as 'Create Account' only.

So is this a known limitation in Redwood Sales or is there any other way to rename the Redwood Sales button in the list page.
