Dynamic links in HR helpdesk resolution email
Summary:
We have a requirement to send the HR Help Desk survey automatically to the primary point of contact when the request status is changed to resolved.
I have enabled Dynamic link for the required BUs, but I couldn't find any doc on how to add it to email notification.
I have just added it as hyperlink in the email template but the link is not working. Please share your inputs on how to include that in the email notifictaion.
