Compensatory Plan error in 'Calculate Accruals Balances', when there is no Payroll Intergration
Summary:
We have implemented Oracle HCM, OTL and Absence Management, but we are using an external payroll system. We are currently live with this setup.
Our Compensatory Leave process is as follows:
- Employee works overtime
- Employee enters this time into their timecard
- Once the timecard is approved - the overtime amount is added to the employee's Compensatory Leave balance.
- The employee has 3 months to use their accrued Compensatory Leave (using Absence Management) before it expires.
However, we've observed that the Compensatory Leave balance is not updating in the HR screens when the 'Calculate Accruals and Balances' process is run.
