Create custom report with Audit log of Account management

Hi all,

I looking for generate a report where are centralice all staff account changes (Create, Update, Delete) with information field time created, user name, action, description and account target.

I try created this report with transaction table but, i don't see in transaction table a record with creation, delete or update of staff account.
