Does a custom report have a URL or other way to share it?

I am wondering if a custom report in OSC has a URL that identifies it, similar to the way documents in SharePoint Online have a distinct URL that one could share with others. 

We have developed a custom report for our agents and I am looking for ways to deliver it to them. Yes, it can be added to their Agent Dashboard, and that is one option for us. However, is it possible to insert a URL or something like that into an Outlook email that would link to and open this custom Oracle report? (And yes, assuming the recipient/viewer has the correct permissions to view it.)
