Threads Sequence(threads.seq)

Hi all,

I was working with 'threads' table, I found that 'threads.seq' table is showing random behaviour. As per my understanding, for every any particular incident, threads.seq should be different for every update in the incident, but, I can see same sequence number of 3 updates. Please check the attached screenshot. I saw some discussions about the issue, but was not able to find satisfactory explanation for this behaviour. Anyone has any idea, please help.
