Over the last couple of days I have been trying to set up an annual review which should be based on the hire date (f.ex. people who started in March of any year should have their annual review in March), and this annual review should incorporate details coming from multiple interim evaluations, about six to eight per year. The templates for the annual and interim evaluations are different, but have goals and overall comments in common at the moment.
