System triggers error when users click on edit talent rating in team talent card

System triggers error when users click on edit talent rating in team talent card. This is not triggering for all workers. We investigated and found that system does not trigger this error for workers for whom have person profile created. I have already checked auto create person profile in person profile. We are using person profile to store performance rating. We are not using profile to store skills and qualification or any other profile attribute.

Is there a process to create person profile. Please suggest how we can resolve this issue
