FBL Load Error

Hi

We are operating a co-existence model between PeopleSoft and Fusion. Core HR data is stored in PeopleSoft and they are loaded into Fusion via. FBL. Within Fusion we use Talent Management.

There are number of employees in our system failing to load into Fusion due to the error:

foreign key attribute PERIOD_OF_SERVICE_ID GUID value XXXX cannot be resolved

I was informed that this error occurs when an employee's hire date changes after they are loaded into Fusion successfully. So when the new hire date row is trying to load, it comes with the error message, due to the GUIDs mis-match. I've an SR with Oracle and their solution is to run a delete script (both in the source system and Fusion side). However this will completely remove all the data for that employee.
