How to enable an e-signature requirement for employees who are changing beneficiaries

We are planning on enabling change beneficiaries in Employee Self-Service. Our Benefit provider requires that any changes made to beneficiaries are accompanied by an electronic signature by the employee.

At this time, we do not have any beneficiaries setup for our Benefit Plans. We would like employees to choose their beneficiaries as part of an ESS process, as we only have paper copies as source information.

Content (required): I am interested in any suggestions or recommendations from other customers on how we could potentially setup an e-signature requirement for employees to update their beneficiaries themselves. We are using Responsive Pages, and we do not have Open Enrollment. At this point, we only have self-service view only for employees, and are only looking to add the new ability in 21D to Change Beneficiaries.
