    How do I get a checklist task assigned according to the setup?

    The checklist tasks are not being assigned to the appropriate performer.

    Hello,

    As per the attached screenshots, I have 3 tasks setup for my checklist.

    Task 1 - performer is the initiator of the task

    Task 2 - performer is the AOR - Union Representative

    Task 3 - performer is the AOR - Contingent Representative.

    For task 1, the line manager is initiating the task. Once they have completed their task, Task 2 is being assigned to the line manager again, not the AOR. Then, when task 2 is completed, Task 3 is being assigned again to the line manager. What I have done wrong in the configuration that the tasks keep getting assigned to the line manager/initiator?
