Sending Journey assigned email in Pending worker's language of preference
I'm implementing Recruiting and Pre-boarding journey for a customer will multi-country presence. We are using Alerts Composer based notification for Journeys. The Journey Assigned alert is configured in English and translated to French.
In Recruiting, a candidate applies in French language. The entire recruiting process is completed with all communications to the candidate being sent in French.
When the recruiter (logged in with French language) performs the 'Move to HR' action, the pending worker record is created and the Journey is assigned.
However the notification that goes to the pending worker's personal email is in English.
Has anyone been able to overcome this issue where the Journey related notifications are sent in the correct language of preference?
