Onboarding checklists not being assigned to performer

edited Jun 10, 2023 10:46AM in Journeys 8 comments

Summary:

Onboarding checklists are being assigned to the initiator of the 'Hire' action, rather than the performer as indicated in task setup

Content (required):

I have configured 4 onboarding step checklists and have used Line Manager as the performer and owner in all 4 steps. The Journey allocation criteria is set to 'Checklist manually allocated or record created or approved'. The Action name is 'Hire'.

I have done several tests, one being an integration of the new hire from Taleo. The second test I manually hired someone directly in the system. On the first occasion (integration from Taleo) the 4 checklists were assigned to the person who entered the hire in Taleo. On the second occasion (manual HCM hire) the 4 checklists were assigned to me.

Howdy, Stranger!
