Reinstatement of Elections when employee changes Benefit programs

edited Jul 22, 2022 8:43PM in Benefits 9 comments

Summary: How to reinstate the previous elections made by the employee when the benefit program changes?

Content (required): There are 2 benefit programs : one for full-time hourly employees and one for salaried employees. The plans in each of these programs are 90% identical. Only few additional ones are there only for salaried employees, hence we created a separate program for salaried. When employees move from full-time hourly to salaried, we would like to reinstate the previous elections made by the employees.

Is there a particular setup in in Enrollment tab by which we can achieve this using the specific life event. Any inputs is highly appreciated. Please let me know.

Howdy, Stranger!
