How to insert employee name in the welcome message of content in the Journey checklist task?

Summary:

When employee is triggered with pre boarding or onboarding checklist tasks, we have a requirement to capture message that says "welcome <Emp Name> along with the <Date>" in the content of task. How can we achieve this? Please help if anyone has the solution.
