How to fetch hourly salaried code in an event alert in Alerts Composer after journey is assigned?
Problem:
When a journey is triggered for a pending worker, the alert "ORA_CHK_CHECKLIST_INITIATED" sends an email. We want an If condition that only includes a particular paragraph for the email when the employee is Hourly or Salaried. However, being an event alert, there are only specific token attributes for each alert (attached a file that mentions the tokens for event alerts). Is it possible to fetch other kinds of fields in an event alert? Or should this be done in another way?
