Is there a way to require that a Gender be selected for dependent contact types? i.e., If a employee is selecting a child for benefits but that child record is missing the gender in the contact form it should error out or suspend enrollment until gender has been entered. We cannot make that a required field in the contact form because it is not required for beneficiaries or emergency contacts. Has anyone found a solution to this?
