Performance competencies

Hello,

We would like to set up a new performance model, comprising quantitative goals, qualitative goals and competencies. However, for the competencies we should include not only the name of the competence, but also a set of behaviours to be observed. Employees should also be able to choose and select which competences to include in the form, from those in the system.

Do you know how to do this?
