Assets covered under multiple subscriptions
Summary:
I have an asset that may have an included warranty (that is active on the day of the service) and the customer has also bought an extended warranty which is also active on the day of the coverage.
Which one will be considered for discounts? E.g. the included warranty coverage provides only 100% discount on Material billing type. But the extended warranty provides more like 100% discount on materials, labor and expenses.

One way I can think of addressing this is to have different SACs for included warranty and extended warranty. And have field technician choose the right SAC, but in this he has to be trained to choose the right SAC, else it will cause issues when the invoice is raised. And that has very bad implications on the NPS since it causes a lot of heartburns
