Is it possible to load data into a Checklist DFF in a Configurable Form?

Summary:

I am looking to create a Configurable Form for a Journey we are looking to deploy soon. There will be DFFs within the Configurable Form in which the amounts will differ for each individual who is assigned the Journey. Is it possible to complete a data load to load the amounts for each individual into their Journey/Checklist? Below is a simple example of the DFFs that would be displayed. NOTE: We would also have the DFFs read only fields.

For instance, one individual's amount for Type ABC may be $1,000 but another individual's amount may be $5,000. The Journey name would be the same for all individual's, of course, so would there be a way to load the data into the Journey based on who it is assigned to?
