Triggering Queue notification to all Resource Member of respective queue

Summary: Service Request - Notification to all the Resource members of the respective queue.


Content :We want to send the bell & mail notification to all the Resource members of the respective queue once the SR is raised by an employee. Currently the notification is getting triggered based on the groovy script given. But it is still not delivering the notifications to all the Queue Members. Since we are using the classic Help desk, i would request the community to share inputs accordingly.

Note: Queue will be auto assigned to the SR, based on the Service assignment rules.
