User fillable PDF

Summary:

Hi everyone,

Is there a way for pending workers to access fillable PDF forms, once they save or submit the form, it saves it to DOR after they're hired?

I see e-signature has been mentioned as a solution on this forum a couple of times, but these are forms where the pending worker has to provide additional details or personal information.

Right now, they have to download the form, fill it offline, then upload the form as an attachment.

Is there any other way to create these user fillable pdfs that can saved in Oracle cloud?
