Summary:

(New in ODA)

1- I want to ODA to start with a conversation hint on the web and FB messenger, I don't want the customer to start the chat. is there a way to chatbot start the conversation like Arti in the documentation

2- Also it will be nice to detect automatically the language in the browser

3- I have my knowledge base with service, but I want once the customer enters the phrase, chatbot detects the question

My configuration... I have it configurated with a common response (buttons) and the customer needs to click on FAQ's
