Is it possible to automatically identify duplicate cases in Case Management
Summary:
Our client has a requirement where they want their system to be able to easily identify a duplicate case within case management. For example, if there are two cases with the same case type or category and the same person of interest listed, the system should be able to identify these as duplicates with some type of warning or error.
Curious if anyone else has had a similar requirement and if this is possible within Oracle's Case Management tool using any type of configuration or back-end data validation elements.
