    Performance Redwood: How to make calculate button mandatory for section rating?

    Hello,

    On the redwood performance page, for the section rating, it is not calculated automatically.
    Therefore, employee needs to click on the Calculate button so that it can be calculated.

    It might happen that an employee forgets to click on it and therefore no rating will be allocated for that section which might further affects overall summary.

    Therefore, we have this requirement from our client to make it mandatory.

    Please advice.
