Employee should not rate competency in performance rating

Summary:

Requirement:

we are using model profiles through which set of competencies are flowing to the employee's performance document and once the document is completed, all the competencies will flow to the talent profile (Skills and qualification) of an emloyee.

Problem Statement:

We do not want an employee or manager to rate the competencies in performance document.

We tried two things-

A- Adding a rating model in performance document at structure level and comptencies are flowing to the talent profile. But in this case, employee or manager will see a talent rating tab.

B- We tried removing the intem rating from this section. In this case, competency are flowing to the performance document but when document is completed, competencies are NOT flowing to the talent profile (Skills and Qualification).

Howdy, Stranger!
