Send New Account notification to users whose preferred language differs from the system default

Summary:

Oracle does not maintain the candidate preferred language preference from the candidate record to the employee record. SO every time we move someone from recruiting to HR, it resets their preferred language preference to the system default, in our case English, and send the new account email out only in English.

Are there any global companies that have come up with a workaround for this issue? Its a major issue that we have candidates in all different languages being converted to pending workers in our system and all the communications they receive from pending worker onward is in English only. This makes for a really bad candidate experience, as we are asking them to complete a journey, but we cannot send them their username and password info in their preferred language.

Howdy, Stranger!
