Postelection Edit rule triggers when clicking Continue from Employee Self service open enrollment

edited Oct 29, 2024 10:09PM in Benefits 3 comments

Summary:

Postelection Edit rule triggers when clicking Continue from Employee Self service open enrollment, but works as expected from BEN Admin page.

The rule should kick in after clicking Submit in the OE process.

The error pops up after Me\Benefits\Make Changes\People to Cover—Continue.

There was a problem saving the enrollment. The formula returned the message *** You must elect the "Employer HSA Family $1,000" option when you elect one of these options for the HDHP medical plan: "Employee + Spouse", "Employee + Child(ren)", or "Family" option ***. If you're a benefits administrator, note that the enrollment result didn't satisfy the post election edit rules that were defined in the formula. Review the formula, make changes if required, and try again.

Howdy, Stranger!
