Add pop-up button to Service Request action button

Summary:

We are looking for a way to open a pop-up from the Service Request action button page similar to the "Resolve" pop-up window. We want to do this to move queue assignment, assignee and fields such as status from the service request page and to be changed from the pop-up window by using action buttons.
