Life Event Admin Adjustment- No Change is either going to processed and closed or shows error.

Summary:

I have created a LE Admin Adjustment- No Change based on the requirement that it should only impact LTD, STD, Basic Life plans and same plans are available for employees to enroll or change enrollment but when i configured it plan level it was going to straight processed and closed.

So i removed it from plan level and configured it at program level for enrollments and then added it at plan level in program and configured restrictions rules. But now it's stuck at added stage in Potential life events and throws this error while evaluating.

Can someone please advise what should be done to resolve this. Thanks in advance.
