Benefit Plan not appearing during union change promotion life event only
Summary:
The employee was promoted from Union Code X to Union Code Y on 9/9/2024. While in Union Code X, the employee was enrolled in one of the vision plans. However, this plan is not available under Union Code Y. Since the employee is within the 2-year lock-in period required for vision plan enrollment, the system is not recognizing their eligibility to move into a new plan as of 10/1/2024. Instead, the system is only providing the "Waive" option for vision plan enrollment.
However, when triggering other life events, such as Benefit Administration, we are able to see the other plans.
