Imputed Income Error on Evaluation of Life Event

Hi, in supporting my client, I am receiving a repeated error on evaluating a life event for multiple persons. Processing worked fine as of last week. I have opened a SR but have zero response. I have asked the client when their 24D was applied to see if that is the timing.

Scenario:

Client does their Open Enrollment in September so it is before the FSA Amounts were published for 2025. I backed out and voided the 1/3/2025 Salary life event that is present on the affected employees. I next backed out a 1/2/25 client specific life event that was used for entering paper enrollments. I did one as Unprocessed and one as Voided. I tried to reprocess the 1/2/25 Unprocessed one and get the above error. I tried to add 1/2/25 and evaluate it; both ways result in the above error. It is like the back out process is leaving orphaned
