Archive End-of-Year ACA Information file number of records does not match with 1095C .pdf

It is observed that after running Archive End-of-Year ACA Information process, it has generated ACA file with unique 3318 records, however after running

Run US 1095-C Employee Report process, generated 1095C.pdf has 3317 records i.e. generated 3317 pages.

3318 of ACA file does not match with 3317 of 1095C .pdf. We need to know for which record 1095C file is not generated.

how to find this difference. how will we get to know that 1095c is generated for required population. and how much it is missing.

NOTE : for other district population: ACA file is generated 2155 unique records, its corresponding 1095C .pdf also generated for
