Content

Having localized content in your site is key when you want to launch internationally.

Getting quality translation can be a long process depending on your content.

In the meantime, you can either show the content in its source language, or use an automated tool to show a temporary translation, until you get the final and high quality translation.

This article will show you how to use the Google Translate API to create a simple Localized Web Content Widget that will request live translations when the page is loaded. The code is very basic and could be improved by adding some caching of the API calls, even if basic caching occurs at the browser level.
