Hiding "Click Here" Link in Checklist for Task Type "External URL"

edited Sep 4, 2023 7:12PM in Journeys 1 comment

Summary: We want to hide "Click Here" URL and want to keep only the "More Details" URL in the Checklist Notification to the user Task Type "External URL"

Content (required): We have configured a Checklist with Task Type "External URL". The Checklist notification has the "Click Here" link that directly takes the user to the external link. However, that does not compels the user to complete the task. So, the user can go to the external link and do the needful but yet the checklist is not completed.

There is another link in the same Checklist Notification called "More Details", clicking on which the user is redirected to a page within the system where there are 2 options called "Go to Task" and "Complete". Here, the "Complete" button only gets enabled when the "Go to Task" button is accessed.

Howdy, Stranger!
