What is the difference between "Checklist Name" and "Checklist Template Name" in OTBI?
Does anyone know the difference between "Checklist Name" field and "Checklist Template Name" field in OTBI's Workforce management - Checklist Real Time subject area? In other words - where do these fields pull from in the checklists configuration?
We know best practices typically involve using the Identifier fields for data validation - but we usually like to use alternative fields as a point of reference for front-end facing data in the system.
