Task assigned to future Line Manager

Summary:

There is a task for the new Line Manager to complete.

Scenario: An internal employee is moving to a new position. We need the task to be assigned to the new Line Manager. I used the offset days function but the task triggered only after the effectivity or start date of the transfer.

Is it possible to assign the tasks to the future Line Manager?
