Summary:

The requirement is: HR to be able to add Competency for the newly hired employee upon completion of Hire process. We want to create an onboarding Checklist to be triggered for the HR, which will direct them to the correct page to update the same.

Content (required):

There is no direct 'Application Task' available for the HRs to be able to directly go to the Skills and Qualifications page to update the same.

Is there any other way to do it? Or am I missing something?
