Is there anyone who encountered the same issue for the standard alert notification?

Summary: We encountered an issue regarding the standard alert days, specifically involving the removal of an extra space in the RTF Template. Initially, the actual notification have this additional space, and the solution is to remove it from the RTF Template. We have tested it multiple times in lower instance, where it functioned perfectly. However, upon uploading the same RTF to the Production environment, it has different behavior - completely deleting the space in the actual notification.

I'm wondering if others have experienced a similar situation and what might cause this difference in behavior between lower instances and the Production environment, despite having the same setups. Please you may also refer to the screenshots below.
