how to set termination date as Journey task due date

Summary:

Hi Team,

Is there way to set the Termination date as the due date for all the tasks in Offboarding/separation Journey.

1st Requirement is to Assign the Separation/off boarding journey 60 days prior to Termination date effective, so that employee will have 60 days to complete the task. So we set the Days for Initiation as -60.

Now we want to send the reminders before 7 days of Termination date on the pending tasks.

If I look the reminder configuration, we have two options.

Another requirement is to send the reminders 7 days before the termination date.

I understand due dates will be calculated from the day of assignment. we have to set the Target Duration.
