Review Job description journey when job change is performed

Summary:

Hi,

We would like to trigger a journey to internal employees when there is a job change action performed on their employee assignment. I see action "job change" exists on journey trigger configuration.

But, we want the employees to review the job description from the job profile attached to the job on their assignment and sign electronically. Can we use e-signature field and a BIP report to display a report in PDF which should pull job description from employee assignment's job's job profile.

Does anyone has a report to pull this information?
