Why the date format is differing while reporting a life event?
Summary:
The date format while reporting a life event is differing from place to place. While reporting the life event, it is considering ‘MM/DD/YYYY’ format. Once the life event is created, on the confirmation pop-up, it is displaying as ‘YYYY-MM-DD’. Is there any way to have it consistent at all the places.
Report a life event
If you see the date format here, it is in the format of ‘MM-DD-YYYY’
Upon clicking on Continue, the format on Confirmation page is ‘YYYY-MM-DD’
Client is expecting the format to be consistent in both the places. Can you please let us know if there is any such way to do so.
