Native Electronic Signature 24B

Recently had the 24B release and enabled this feature. I have an SR with Oracle currently, followed all of the steps and guidance, and still having trouble getting the actual signature to show up on the document. Signature pad is enabled, and I am able to put in signature, but when I view the PDF, the signature area is blank. Any recommendations?
